With over 12 years of hands-on experience as an HR Advisor, with deep expertise gained directly in the construction and trade industry's. I’m passionate about stripping away the corporate jargon and delivering practical, high-impact people solutions.
My career path is unique having originally qualified as a hairdresser by trade, I bring a refreshing, people-first perspective, sharp intuition, and a genuine knack for relationship-building to the corporate sector.
I specialise in navigating the complex compliance, risk mitigation, and workforce landscapes of the construction, manufacturing, civil, trades industries.
